The rooms are reasonably large and airy here with bedroom, a nice view, a nice comfy bed. The staff are efficient and caring, giving their best to make the stay a perfect experience.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the room's heating, which only started functioning at 4 PM, leaving the space quite chilly during the day. The shower facilities needed attention as well. I dealt with a malfunctioning drain, and a few reported dirty carpets were an eyesore. While the common areas are well-maintained, the rooms could definitely use a bit of sprucing up to match the overall vibe of the hotel. The tight parking situation is a bit of a hassle if you're traveling by car.

Glen gat was full of charming decor and yet, my room's heating only started at 4pm, so I was freezing! Not to mention, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my stay, but alas, no. How disappointing to endure such discomfort while everyone else seemed happy. I almost gave this place a good review but just couldn't.

We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and unique decor of the lounge area. It worked out well for our family with kids, offering babysitting services. Our room was comfortable, and my kids were thrilled with the 6 tea bags provided.

In my wife's opinion, they could add more family-friendly activities.

The heating in the Standard Twin Room only activates at 4 PM, leaving the room quite chilly during the day. And numerous cameras throughout the hotel felt intrusive. Despite these minor issues, the warm atmosphere and lovely decor were nice.
